I just wanted to send in a note to thank Jeff in regards to his helping me find the right lighting for my tank. I have a custom, 60" tank in which I had been using standard, 48" light hoods from the local pet stores (i.e. Perfecto lights). I had initially gone onto http://www.jeffsaquaticlife.com/ to purchase a standard 48" T5 light fixture after one of my Perfecto light strips burned out (3rd one in 4 years). Thankfully, the light that I had chosen was out of stock. Jeff contacted me to get additional information regarding my tank setup and was able to design a retrofit lighting kit, including a moon light, for my tank for the same cost as the T5 fixture. He also helped me during the installation process to ensure that I had everything wired correctly! For the first time, light now reaches the corners of my tank.

Jeff no problem, using the light with two bulbs out, like I said if one goes out another also is out, but whoooo this light is nice, and this with two bulbs out.!!. The bulb is no big deal, not your fault new bulb was bad from maunfacturer this happens . Great service thank you so much for the fast shipment and super great price. Hey Jeff, I just wanted to give you big thanks for an exceptional experience!! I've been an aquarium hobbyist/enthusiast on and off for the past 13 years and recently decided to get back into it. In the past I've done everything from fresh to salt, fish to coral. This time around I wanted to do something that was both relatively simple to maintain and visually rewarding. I came across Jeff's Aquatic Life after surfing the net for a couple days. This was the first time I purchased fish online and I was a little timid as to what I could expect. Immediately after getting the overall pricing for the fish and shipping cost, my mind began to be placed at ease. Your pricing on the fish/shipping was hands down the cheapest that I've come across! When the fish arrived, they were larger than I expected and all 5 in fantastic shape!! To my amazement, they appeared not to endure even the slightest stress during their some 2,000 mile journey. Well, I got my T5 light today and would like to thank Jeff (Jeff's Aquatic Life) for the great shopping experience. Cross border shopping can be a bit of a pain with customs but Jeff looked after everything from his end and my package arrived with no problems.
